How Does It Work?

We are currently inviting professional businesses from all over the world to join our affiliate network, introducing clients with readily available funds wishing to purchase or invest in commercial and residential property, land and high return investment projects in Southern Spain.

Affiliate Benefits

Bars In Spain SL will pay you 40% of the Commission fee we receive. Unlike most other agents offering similar schemes there are no hidden deductions or added costs. This means that you will actually receive 40% net.

With the average commission rates in Spain being 5% - 10% of the property purchase price, for an average sale of 400,000 euros at a commission rate of only 6% you will receive 9,600 euros commission.  

This commission will be paid to you for each qualified client that you introduce and register with us and which then results in a sale. Your commission fee will be paid to you within 14 days of our receipt of cleared funds (our commission from the sale).
