How it all began …

Bars in Spain SL was set up by David and Lorena. Like many British people that have made the move to Spain, David and Lorena had become disillusioned with the daily dose of poor weather, lifestyle, the continually escalating cost of living and the government policies which had disappointed them in the UK.
Having made the decision to move to Spain and to buy their own business, David and Lorena started to research the Costa del Sol in detail, and after gathering enough information and exploring all the possibilities, they decided to purchase a commercial real estate company.
Once the papers had been signed and the family dog settled into his new home the hard work really began………….

Their main task was to transform their small real estate business into a professional and successful company ….. Bars in Spain!

Their initial ideas about the company were to create a professional and friendly service specializing in the buying and selling of bars and businesses. They were keen to establish from the beginning a policy of customer care, of not pushing the wrong client into the wrong property, but of listening to what the client wanted and needed and making sure those needs were met as a first priority.
As the business has evolved over the last year and the company has risen to the top of the Commercial Property ladder, Bars in Spain have branched out selling residential properties as well as commercial and the area that David most enjoys….franchising!!
